We would like to invite you to participate in meeting with Houari Choucha who is an expert in interculturality, social worker, trainer and teacher in ERANOS Institute & IESTS hight Institute of social work in Nice, France.

Mr. Choucha will be taking about otherness, intercultural, cultures and identity, cultures shock, stereotypes, prejudices and categorization, mediation, self-exclusion and community filled, beliefs, values and traditions, social organization of each patriarchal and matriarchal society.

Pedagogical tool will be also included e.g. critical incident method (Polish and Algerian culture examples), lived experiences and interaction with students.

The goal of this lecture is to allow students to have the necessary skills and tools for intercultural communication to better support or communicate with different cultures on their future proffesion.

The meeting will be held in English. It is dedicated for students of Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, however guest from outside are also welcome.

Participants will get certificates after the event. It can be included as an open lecture.
